Pages – user friendly site control
All the site pages are laid out in a single page enabling quick and easy site management. Users can easily

• manage page order

• hide pages from the main navigation

• preview and publish content

• and add meta data for search engines.

Text – familiar formatting
Sampotek Webzone Inc, CMS uses similar features to Word allowing formatting of text whilst a central style sheet ensures continuity of text across the site. Text format features include

• bold, italic, underline

• size and colour

• internal and external links

• tables

• optional spell checker

• and view HTML source for advanced users.

Images and documents – using a central library
Sampotek Webzone Inc, CMS allows images to be added to content and uses templates to maintain consistency of design across the site. Documents can be assigned to content throughout the site, usage is tracked and the library provides information on documents and their usage.  Features include the ability to

• upload images and assign to pages

• add alt tags and captions to images

• manage files in the library

• and upload Microsoft files Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF and Macromedia Flash.

Site editors – flexible administration of your site
There are three levels of site editors allowing you to control the access editors have to the functions on the site. A super user is able to create amend and delete unlimited user accounts. Site editors can

• ascribe publish rights

• create section editors

• and view a comprehensive online user guide.

Site members – collect and manage data
Your site can be used to build up a database of users. This may be people who join a mailing list or a message board or customers ordering products. Our CMS will allow you the flexibility to manage all these users through one simple to use interface. Users are able to

Mailing list – keep your members in the loop
The mailing list integrates seamlessly with the members section allowing you to keep your site users up to date with your latest developments. Features include

Technical requirements
The CMS is developed with ASP and SQL Server and can be integrated with other database applications. We can provide all hosting required or consult on in-house implementation.  PC with a Windows Operating System using Internet Explorer 5 and above
